The Now Processing Case with Receipt Number Date of I485 employment based for TSC is November 21, 2005.
Q1. It has passed the current PD. Any one know waht is happening?
On the website says "if you file your case more than 30 days before the Now Processing Case with Receipt Number Date, and have not received any RFE, a decision or another notice, please call the NCSC".
It has passed my filing date for more than 30 days (but my PD has not become current yet). I received nothing except that there is an update online as following:
"Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on XXXX. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates. "
Q2: Is that a notice? Should I call the Center?
