My friend sent out her OPT application on May 30 by express mail to St.Albans, VT. Today is June 14, and she has not received the reciept yet and her check is not cased. Is it normal? Can anybody know what is happening?
By the way, she is applying H-1B at the same time. Is there any conflict between OPT application and H-1B petition?
