I am H1B visa, but my wife hold TN visa (a visa for Canadin). My PD is current. I was just wondering if I can submit I-485. Somebody told me that TN visa can not adjust status directly, she has to change from TN to H4, then to green Card. Can anybody point me some legal sources to verify this? Thanks.
