Just found in Unknown space that many people filed 140 during last Sep.to Dec. I believe most of them were transferred to NSC or TSC.

If I kept waiting until this Mar. My case will be filed in NSC directly. I did not hear any complaint from people directly filing to NSC. So I guess 2006 March cases have been done in NSC.
