I have some Questions regarding the G-325A Biographic Information Form that is filled with the I-130.
1) In the upper right corner of the G-325A form it asked for a File Number. ( A- )
What do I write in this box???
2) Near bottom left hand corner of the G-325A form its ask’s for the following.

NATURALIZATION
STATUS AS PERMANENT RESIDENT
OTHER (SPECIFY):

What do I select or write here?
3) In the bottom right of the form it asked for Alien Registration number?
Do I write nothing, N/A or None???
4) Do we send all 4 copies of the G-325A along with the I-130. And if so, since we had to make a Continuation Sheet for her employment information, do I need to send 4 copies of the Continuation Sheet too?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
