I landed in Canada in late 2002 and returned to US for school until now. During the past 3 years, I went back to Canada (once or twice per year) for just short tour. I am now moving back to Canada after receiving my degree in US. However, I have never filed any tax return to Canada because of no income there. Will I be in big trouble next year when I file my canada tax in my first time? What could be the possible penalty for a PR?
