I've got some questions regarding some fields of 130/485.Thanks in advance for your advice:
1. I-485 part3 asks for nonimmigration visa number. I am a canadian citizen and did't have a visa when came to US using H-1B. Should I fill N/A here?
2. My spouse is a nautralized USC. Should he provide his previous A# in I-130? or we should just fill N/A here?
3. In I-130, place of Birth asks for town or city, but in the passport we put province as place of birth. Will the difference here causing any confusion? Is there anyway we can avoid it?
