How to do H1-B transfer (Univ A to Univ B)? Thanks echoman 文学城

My boss will leave Univ A and move fund to Univ B in next month (July 1, 2006), there is no enough time to do H1-B transfer in two weeks. I cannot receive pay from Univ B before transfer. Is there any risk for delay pay? Does someone have similary experience? Can I prepare the document fort H1-B transfer in one or two days to catch up?
