I-485 update and fingerprint notice wxugc2006-06-25 05:15:14

VSC EB1 PD 10/2004; 1st fingerprint 03/2005. My I-485 was updated in 06/01/2006, and just received the new fingerprint notice. Does this mean the effective date for fingerprint is 15 months, but why my wife didn’t receive same notice yet (we did 1st fingerprint at same time)? Anybody had same experience?
