I will go back to China to marry my fiance. She got admitted by a US university for this fall. I could file my I-485 after we get married. Now we're facing one issue: To apply F1 for her or H4 for her. We think F1 is easier to get while we don't know how hard of H4. The advantage of H4 is she could apply for AOS (I485) immediately after she get to US. But if she takes F1, then applying for AOS could get some hardship (immgration attempt will violate the original F1 intent). Could anybody shed some lights on this? I will greatly appreciate your help.
