My EB1 is current and plan to file I485 after July 1. My EB1-I140 was transferred from VSC to TSC this Apr., and got approved at TSC recently.
I live in NJ.
Don't know where to file my I485.
1) I asked three immigration attorneys and one officer in the local office, and was told that I should file to VSC.
2) I asked 1-800...... hotline and other internet BBS, was told that I have to file to TSC.
Here is I485 filing issue from USCIS website.
"Form I-485 filed without Form I-140
If you have already filed Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, submit your employment-based Form I-485 that approved or is currently responsible for adjudicating your Form I-140 petition. (See addresses of service centers listed below.) Include a copy of your Form I-140 filing receipt and/or transfer notice, as applicable"
