Can I submit medical examination to the Service Center? easyguy 文学城

I submitted my I-485 without medical examination. (1) Somebody says I have to wait till USCIS inform me to do that, (2) Somebody says I can submit it directly to USCIS? I am confused. What should I do? Thanks.
