请问小白兔：我有AP ， 485pending, 现用EAD, 单位给办了H1B， 10/1 生效，想签H1B 用H1B入境, 是回国签好还是去墨西哥或加拿大签？第三国拒的可能性大吗？会不会因为我有AP 而拒我？谢谢
