Just to remind you my situation:

I filed my EB3 back in 2001, and my LC and I-140 are both approved. Due to the
larger retregression of EB3 visa number than EB2 visa number, I filed a PERM LC
with a new job title(same employer) so that I can take advantage of my old
priority date and the faster available EB2 visa number. The ERM LC is approved.
Now I have two questions:

1) Can I file the I-485 with the new I-140 concurrently or I have to wait for
the I-140's approval in order to get the PD's retention? If I have to wait for
the I-140's approval, then:
2) If the priority date become available for EB3, You said in your previous reply that I may file I-485 with the old I-140 and use the job title in the old LC. But, will this I-485 be denied because, obviously, my current job title is different than the one I put in the old LC.

Please advice what I should do. Thank you very very much for your help!

You'd better to file two I-485,one use old I-140 & old LC
