But I wonder that 485 would run into a great trouble if soc code was wrongly chosen in 140, right? Supposing soc code in current H1B is 17-1011 (Architects, Except Landscape and Naval)while one put 17-2199 (Engineers, All Other) in 140 form, can his 140 and 485 be approved?

My question is: soc code in current h1b should be the same as that filled in 140 form?
