Dear friends:
I am preparing to renew my EAD and apply for Advance Parole ( first time apply AP). Meanwhile, I am preparing to apply for EAD and AP for my wife. My wife current status is F1 with Practical traning. Her OPT will be expired in May.
My first question is do I suppose to put my application for EAD renewal, Advance Parole and my wife’s application for EAD and Advance parole in the same envelop and send them together to INS or Do I supose to send them seprately? If send separately, do I suppose to separate my application from my wife’s application, separate EAD from AP or just separate all of them?
Question 2:
My green card application is pending in Vermont Service Center. Do I suppose to send both EAD applicaton and Advance Parole application to
