Help needed, please! Should/can I apply another H1-B? Lovatt2006-07-17 18:34:28

I just got a new job and started working for the new employer. The new employer is trying to apply the H1-B visa for me. However, I don't know if I am still eligible for such a petition. During my last employment, I did I-140 and I-485 application. 140 was approved last November. 485 has been pending since last October. I also applied EAD/AP and got them. I used AP once last December going to China. My I-94 card shows a AOS status. My question is should I use my EAD or can I apply H1-B again? Is it hard to get EAD renewed? Thanks in advance for any of your help.
