Anyone has the experience please help. I really appreciate any response. I started working for a new employer. I have EAD but haven't used. Now the new employer is willing to sponsor for the H1-B. Since I used AP once to visit my family in China, I am not sure if I am eligible for H1-B application. I asked some people and got mixed answers. Some say that I already lost the H1 status because of the use of AP. Some say I better do the H1-B application again because it is safer. Does anybody have any clue? Thanks a million!!!!!
