Hi,
My wife got M.S in statistics in USA and B.S in chemistry in china.
Right now, She got a offer in chemistry. of course, not paid as M.S.
Question:
Can she apply H1b visa which is just for Master or ph.D holder from USA high education institutes( 20,000 quota/year)?
