I40 LUD on 7/8 and NC NSCguy2006-07-18 16:56:21

Recently I contacted several people with pending I-485s. I found a pattern that I-40 of people with NC pending, or no current PD did not got up-dated. I think the LUD on I140 might be resulted from the calculation of approvable I-485s within this fiscal year by USCIC. Please give comments.
