My wife submitted EB2b (NIW) and concurrent 485 applications in 2005, and EB2b was approved in CSC. My EB1b was submitted to CSC and later transferred to TSC, and was approved in TSC. Since EB1 processing time is current,we want to transfer our 485 applications from EB2 to EB1. Anybody knows how to do the transfer? In addition, which center (CSC or TSC) should we submit the transfer application? Thanks.
