My lawyer just filed Perm online, then I found the information on 9089 has error. I asked my lawyer to withdraw it. The case is 'In Process'. My lawyer said the only way to withdraw it is that write an email, and I can NOT withdraw it online. And also I have to wait to the confirmation letter to refile a new application. But I read the FAQ online, it said I can withdraw it online and I can refile a new application right away without waiting the withdraw confirmation letter. Who is right?
