XiaoBaitu, Thanks for answering my question whether a pending H-4 conflicts with pending I-485. I am still wondering if i submit H-4 earlier than 485, does it mean USCIS will not process 485 until decision on H-4 has been made?

No,I-485 & H4 will be processed by different CIS dept.
