After I got a letter from senator office verifying my name check has been cleared. I called TSC for a service request on my pending I-485 3 weeks ago. I recently got a letter from TSC as a response to my service request saying that my case is under review and they will make decision or action in 60 days.
Have you had experience in getting such kind of response? If so, do u think they will really make decision in 60 days and they are reviewing my case as said in the letter? Or it's just kinda of standard answer to deal with numerours phone inquiries?
