I saw your answers about one fellow's fingerprints questions. My problem is I did Code 3 in Apr. 2005 and I just received second FP notice of Code 1. So, what that means? I might receive another one of Code 2 to get approval? Thanks in advance for your time and help.(By the way, my EB-1b PD is Oct. 2004)
