I just received a letter from law firm where states the atorney who represents my case for the labor cerification has left the company, sucks, and they replace a new attorney for me, actually, I do not care who is, however, I am wondering is it going to affect my LC case, my case is in the Dallas backlog center and old attorney just returned the 45 days letter.
Do they have to notify backlog center to inform them about changing attorney? if my LC is certified, and send it back to my old attorney, does the company still can get it? I am so confused now.....why it has to happend to me
