does anyone know if your LC is in the backlog, just response the 45 days letter, and old lawyer is gone, should we report the backlog about attorney change? I search the DOL backlog faq, they said you have to do so by update g28 form, but I just talked with my new lawyer, she said, we do not have to it, b/s even the old lawyer is gone, the certified letter will still goes to firm, plus my boss will also get an copy of certify letter. I am getting confused, is my lawyer right? please help,
