Yesterday I got a notice from CSC per my phone inquiry last month. It is said that my background checks are still open and cannot be made a decision... The notice is EXACT same as what I got last December, every word is the same except they changed the notice date. In fact, my name check has been cleared in this May (received an email from CSC officer per my email inquiry at that time) and my PD is March 2004 and NIW-based 140 has been approved in March 2005. Also, I went to INFOPASS this June and was told that background checks have been cleared on my case and my case is ready for decision.
So, I think right now CSC is trying everything to delay EB2 cases whatever NIW or LC based. But I don't know why. XDJM at CSC, don't still have a dream to hope to get EB2 485 approved soon based on NIW or LC. CSC sucks! I already contact my local Congressman office but seems no help. It's so silly like me to "dream" 485 approved soon after my name check cleared and PD current for over a couple of months...
