Thanks for giving me the suggestions about using EAD renewal receipt to work. Looks like the gap between old EAD's expried date and new EAD's valid start date will cause the trouble of illegally working.
I am not the primary applicant. My EAD is based on my huzband's NIW-based I-485. Do you think the gap between old EAD and new EAD will cause the troubles for our I485 application? I always think that employment verification is only issued to primary I485 applicant, not derivative applicant. Am I right? If so, can I just use the EAD renewal receipt to work because there will be no employment RFE issued to me? I really want to continue my job now...
