HR management. I found a company in the Australia that is willing to apply a H1 visa for him. How can we make this case since H1 visa is for that jobs that US companies cannot find qualified people within the US. HR management is a very common field. I also thought about get a L1 visa. But he has been a student in Australia for the past 18 months. Is he qualified?
