We sent H1B tansfer documents for premium process to Vermont Center on July 24, but we haven't got any notice from USCIS (check not cashed out yet). We have tried to email and call but with no response.

Question 1: Should we resend the petititon documents to Vermont center ?

Question 2: Should we email , fax or call again?

Why didn't you use registered mail? for save a few dollar?

当然可以，只是移民局不会退还多交的费用而已
