I already got I-140 approval this June, my prioirty date is OCT. 2005. Right now i am waiting for the schedule to I-485 application. However, my company will move from New York to Ner Jersey at the end of this Oct. but we will keep the same company name and the rest of everything, do I need to re-apply PERM and start everythign all over again? Please advise.
