上周五我的律师寄了我的I140的RFE,用的是USPS的Certified+Priority+Return Receipt. 今天一查status, 居然没寄到(具体信息如下):

Label/Receipt Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Status: Notice Left

We attempted to deliver your item at 11:43 am on August 21, 2006 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

请问有没有谁遇到相同的情况? USCIS(TSC)会不会有人去邮局pick up? 最坏的情况是不是要重递RFE? RFE的deadline再有3周就有过了,真急死了!! 请大家一定要给出出主意呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you used a P.O BOX address,you can't use UPS,unless

USPS != UPS

没问题的，开始都是这个样子的，是寄到PO box的标准信息

UPS=联合包裹公司 USPS=美国邮政，前者是私营公司，后者是联邦机构

我用的就是USPS啊?

UPS在送达信箱地址方面是有问题的，如果你写的是TSC的real address

如果你已经用了美国邮政，就别担心了，TSC每天会派人去取的
