I'm going landing in Canada this Saturday. (driving a rented car or maybe my own car.) I wonder if I can apply for the Social security and Health insurance on weekends. (I'm going to Alberta).

If not, will this affect my landing or I can apply for those later when I move over to canada? Can I apply for the maple card this time on the weekend??
