Hi, I'm a student in the U.S. and I'm a Canadian P.R. (chinese citizenship). I want to go to Canada and then to China then back to the U.S. during the Christmas break. I wonder if I dont' need a visa if I come back to the U.S. within 30 days according to the 30 days visa law. Is this true even though I leave for China during my stay in Canada?
My school said I'm risking it but I wonder if anyone has done that before. If not, do I need to apply for a visa in Canada?
My port of entry back to U.S. is in the Vancouver area.
