Hi, does anybody know the correlation between visa number and current priority date? I got a letter from USCIS saying "when a visa number becomes available, your case will be adjudicated." But my case is already current. My understanding is that if cases are current, it means enough visa numbers are available for those cases. Am I correct? If yes, I will have to call USCIS. Thanks.
