I just my canada immigration a week ago, all paperworks except the fbi police certificate, today, I just got it from fbi, should I wait the response from consulate office, then send my police certificate, or I have to send it now without any reference number.
by the way, is that possible my application gets return because of the incomplete document (no fbi police certificate)
