TSC approved EB1 I-140 on 6/3/06;
TSC received EB1 I-485 application on 7/13/06;
I-485's LUD is 8/7/06;
I-140 PD: 12/12/2005 and RD: 12/14/2005;
The "Latest I-485 Processing Date" in TSC is 12/13/2005, which moved back from 2/6/2006. Shockingly, it is right between my I-140 RD and PD. What about my I-485? Is it possibly that TSC would put off my I-485?
