My (EB1a I-140) PD is 12/12/2005 (VSC). It transferred VSC -> TSC in 4/2006. TSC approved my I-140 in 6/2006. TSC received my I-485 application on July XX, 2006.
On 9/19/2006, TSC posted NOW Processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date of March 20, 2006. What does it mean? Does it mean that my case with Receipt Notice Date of July XX, 2006?What advantage do I have with my PD of 12/12/2005 for my I-485 processing? Can I call CIS to inquire the processing. Thanks for your help!
