Labor was already approved ... now in the process of filing 140 ... the attorney said my case could be filed as EB2 in 140 because in ETA-750 the "Other requirements" has a statement of "The company prefers Bachelor's degree with 3 yrs exp or Master's degree with no exp."
The word "prefers" really makes me worried ... will the statement be treated as part of the minimum requirements with the word "prefers"?
Anyone knows of any prior cases in the similar situation? Any input will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
