在I-140 (EB2, PD 2003)的approval notice 上看的这样的话:
The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. The information ted with the petition shows that the person for whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application at this time.

我confused 了, I-485已经和I-140 filed concurrently, 而且485的receipt notice 都收到了. 难道这是generic notes that appear on I-140 receipt notice?? 有人收到同样的notice 或碰到同样的情况吗? 难道这个I-140 的approval notice 有什么问题?
这个note 对I-485有没有影响?
