我F2和H4期间没有申请过EAD；EAD申请是跟I-485一起递交的，后来拿到EAD card了，但也没有去工作，所以没有用上。之后又用AP回过国，不知道有没有什么关系。英文来信是这样说的：
Please proof of your continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from … to the present. Such evidence may include copies of:
· Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-688 or I-766) granted to you by this Service
· Form I-797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant classification
· Copies of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure records showing you were admitted to the U.S. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status
我现在决定这样做：
1。解释我是作为配偶申请I-485的；
2。按照我的身份顺序列出time chart，说明F2和H4不可以工作所以没有申请过工作许可，也从来没有工作过；
3。I-485申请的同时也申请了EAD，批准了，但也没有去工作；
4。附上EAD的copy。
大家看可以了吗？要不要老工的雇主写封信，证明他的工作身份？还有什么需要注意的地方，请多多指教！多谢！
