Just got LC(PD 4/2003) approved from PBEC, and will file I-140 & 485 concurrently. I have a few questions to ask:
(1) Does anybody know whether PD affects I-485 processing date?
(2) I am in NY. Is VSC still working on I-485?
(3) Based on current processing date, how long does my case take if everything goes smoothly?
(4) Is USCIS website the only source we can check processing date?
