请问小白兔, My hu*****and's H1b was approved for one year (the 7th year, starting from 10/1/2006). He got the approval notice from his company's lawyer, and found out that his English name (the one that everybody called him at work) was printed at the end of his full name, as (Last Name), (First Name) (English Name). 请问小白兔, anyway to fix this? It is still legal for him to work after Sept. 30, is it?
