My H-1B expired on August 31, 2006. I thoughtthe Human Resources has filed the extension for me. But yesterday I checked it with them and found they forgot to send the documents out for my H-1b extension to INS. Tey said they will sent the document out on Monday. I really worried about this issue. Could somebody tell me what would happen on my status extension?

Usually if you file extension application late,will cause
