I am Full name living in City - State Country. I worked as an H1 employee from DD/MM/YY to December 31. 2009. My hu*****and, Mr. XXX, currently work at XXX University as a research scientist. I have been pregnant for 7 months and my family doctor, Dr. XXX, advised that my health can not allow me to travel to my home country, China after I finished employment. Thus, I have to stay in the U.S. after my H1 status expires. I also need to stay with my hu*****and so that he can take care of me and my upcoming baby, especially during my delivery. Therefore, I request to change my status to B2 status from December 31, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
My hu*****and will sponsor all the expenses for my accommodation, food, medical, day-to-day expenses and the trip air ticket from to China.
I assure you that I will be leaving USA on or before our Authorized period of stay. I have a house and immovable properties worth of US$ 50,000 at XXX street, XXX City, China. My hu*****and also will return to China to live with me after he finishes his research program at XXX University, U.S.
