我刚收到Labor Certification Approval. EB2, priority date Oct.2004. 持加拿大护照, 来美前住那边. 公司律师让我决定是走Adjustment of status 还是走 Consular processing.以下是原话:
Your priority date is current and we can proceed with concurrent filing of the AOS application (I-485) or indicate Consular Processing (CP) on the I-140 Petition.
Consular processing 要去加拿大(US consulate in the country where he last resided before coming to the US or in his country of citizenship)
我有两个问题:
1.哪条路好些? 有哪位选过或听说有选 consular processing?
2.目前I-140 和I-485 等的时间有多长? 我住加州.
3.File I-140 和I-485 以后多久能申请 EDA?
