Just a kind advice to you all. Never go to tigercool to buy stuff. They cheat shamelessly. Their phone cards are not reliable too. They steal at least 30-40 % of your time. On average, they charge you 70 minutes for 40 minutes. I contact them several times but they said they are FCC approved.
Their magazines are not reliable too. Four months ago I ordered some but the magazines are still not come yet and the refund they promised has not entered into my account after two months of dispute...............
