I received an E-mail from USCIS this morning that my I-485 got approved yesterday.
My case:
Biology background;
NIW at VSC;
I-140 + I-485 received in June 2004, filed by a lawyer;
I-140 approved in April 2005; No RFE
1st FP (code 3) in April 2005;
updated after FP;
I-485 RFE in May 2005 for medical documents;
Response received in May 2005 with update;
no update till June 28, 2006;
Became current in July, 2006;
Took 2nd FP (code 1) on Sept. 11, 2006;
I-485 approved on Sept. 14, 2006 for whole family;
The last "LUD" before approval: June 28, 2006.
