I just received the second RFE regarding my background check. It said the FBI has rejected both sets of fingerpritns as unclassifiable. ( I did it twice) They ask my own sworn affidavit regarding any criminal history, supported by police clearances or records from each place I resided for at least 6 months during the past 5 years as noted on G-325A.
Anyone has any idea about this? I moved from CA to PA and I ted my history clearance of CA to them, so I just need to the history clearnance in PA. Is that right?
